It was a smooth ride and great car... The inside was a little dirty and the outside was a little dirty but other then that no problems... I would recommend this host

The car has a rejection sticker and we were unaware until pick up. When braking it shakes and makes a noise. The date on the sticker says April 6 2026. We picked up the car April 8th. If we used a real car rental business we would have never had to deal with this issue. We got pulled over on the way back home. I don't like that I was put into that situation and we did the non-refundable option. Host said we could cancel if we would like on the day of pick up. I would have liked to have been aware there was a big rejection sticker on the front of the car before so we could have made arrangements to get another car. I will never rent another car using Turo after this experience, would rather not drive in a car that failed inspection.
