Car was dirty in the interior, the exterior is not as pictured. The vehicle has clearly been in several accidents with large dents, broken mirror, etc. The primary issue is the front passenger seatbelt doesn’t work. I reported this, confirmed that the renter had “read” the message, but got no reply. I reported it a second time, this time I was told they would pass the information along. But just hours after returning the car I can see the car is already available for rent again, so that confirms for me that the renter isn’t addressing this issue which is a huge safety concern. I can only assume past renters have reported this as well and been ignored. I wouldn’t rent from this company again.
