Great experience renting the Jetta! The car was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly throughout the entire trip. It was great on gas and made getting around easy and stress-free. The whole rental experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d absolutely rent this Jetta again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable ride!

The car was fun to drive and Reds Rental is the best! Would rent again. The trunk didn’t open and close the best but otherwise everything worked properly.

Car was very reliable and got us where we needed to go. It didn't waste much gas and was very economical. I liked the fact that this was a contactless car rental especially since our flight was delayed by 4 hours and we weren't able to get our car till 3:30 in the morning. I will rent again if we come back to this area.

This was a great rental. The owners are helpful and professional, the car is a blast, and everything was easy - except the skyway and Tail of the Dragon (just as you should want it if you rent a manual sports car).

Toyota Prius c 2013

I rented this beautiful Prius for my vacation in Tennessee to ensure I could get around easily while supporting my best friend’s wedding. The car was exceptionally clean, ran very smoothly, and was amazing on gas, definitely a great choice for long drives and exploring the area. My only suggestion would be to provide instructions on how to connect the Bluetooth, as I was not able to do so for the entire trip. It was not a huge issue for me, but may be for someone who relies on it for navigation or hands-free calls. Additionally, it would be helpful to advertise what type of gas to use when refueling to avoid confusion or the need to reach out for clarification. Overall, I had a great experience with this rental and would definitely consider renting this Prius again in the future!

Alexandra's car was perfect and she was a great host. I accidentally forgot to take the key lock off the windows and ran over it while leaving the parking garage. I felt so bad but she was super understanding and didn't make a big fuss about it. I also extended an hour due to a flight delay and she had zero issues. Great communication and a great car. Will definitely rent from. Her again

Host was very communicative and helpful--very quick response time. The car was great, but I just wish it had been noted somewhere on the profile that the car does not have power windows or locks, so I had to keep remembering to manually lock the passenger side or use the single key to open the trunk. Excellent fuel efficiency--just what I needed for my trip. Thank you for everything! :)

The car was just as expected and worked great for us other than the fact that the brakes were messed up in the back. I contacted host and he promptly responded to my inquiry about this and said that he would take care of the problem as soon as the car was returned after our trip

Winter in Alcoa can occasionally bring snow and ice, particularly in higher elevations. If you've rented a luxury SUV with all-wheel drive, this can be beneficial in such conditions. Be prepared for narrow passages and be courteous to oncoming traffic - sometimes you may need to yield the right of way.
