Clean car with minor surface damage but nothing significant. Not much power but what I would expect from a Honda Civic. Hooded gas mileage tho.
Thank you very much. We appreciate the kind words! We provide the absolute best customer service and the best cars that are available 24/7, 365! Thank you for supporting local small business and we look forward to serving you again.

Renters Beware – I Would Never Rent Through Turo Again
Renters beware. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against renting through Turo.
The vehicle we received was, without question, the crappiest rental car I have ever been given. It looked like a beater car, with dents all over it, and it felt like we were driving a Flintstones car down the road. The front left brakes were grinding metal-on-metal, there were vibrations at low speeds and again between 70 and 75 mph on the freeway, and the vehicle was sluggish and unresponsive when accelerating. It did not feel like a vehicle that should be rented out to paying customers.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. We flew into McGhee Tyson Airport late in the evening after traveling from California. When I booked through Priceline, I believed I was renting from a traditional airport rental car company. I had no idea I was renting someone's personal vehicle, nor did I know I needed to download an app to receive messages and instructions. Because of that, we had trouble locating the vehicle in the airport parking lot.
Of course I called for help. I had no idea where the vehicle was, how the process worked, or that I was supposed to be communicating through an app I didn't even know I needed. Instead of helping us, the host was rude and dismissive. He told me, "Look lady, you woke me up twice." He then told me that if I was unhappy, he would report me as an unsatisfied customer and leave me stranded at the airport.
When I expressed concerns about the condition of the vehicle, he accused me of being rude. The reality is that I was simply telling the truth about the condition of the car. If a customer pays over $300 for a rental vehicle and receives a car in that condition, they have every right to be disappointed and voice their concerns. Threatening to leave a customer stranded at an airport because they are unhappy with the vehicle is completely unprofessional.
What surprised me most was arriving at McGhee Tyson Airport and seeing all of the major rental car companies located there. The Priceline booking process made it seem like Turo was my only option. Had I known there were reputable rental companies available at the airport, I would have rented from one of them instead.
My advice to anyone flying into McGhee Tyson Airport is to book directly with one of the established rental companies or call them yourself before using a third-party app. For the amount of money we paid, I could have rented a newer, cleaner, safer vehicle from a professional rental agency.
Between the poor condition of the vehicle, the safety concerns, the rude treatment from the host, and being threatened with being left stranded at the airport, this was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. I will never rent through Turo again and would caution others to know exactly what they are renting before booking.
