Great communication and very detailed instructions for pick up/return but a few issues with the vehicle.
- Vehicle isn’t the cleanest on the inside. Seats are stained and could use could use a deep cleaning or seat covers.
- passenger airbag is constantly off
- rear passenger window does not lower
- FM transmitter to link your phone to the radio never would connect and most of the time never appeared on Bluetooth list
- the car has a really rough ride. You feel everything on the road. Owner claimed that’s the way the vehicle rides but it feels like you are driving a lifted jeep. Suspension on a 100k mile vehicle probably needs to be replaced.

This was a great rental. Clean, fuel efficient, and easy to find and return to the airport. The owner was very informative and communicated throughout the trip, making sure everything was ok! Highly recommend.
