At Turo, only certain categories require a deposit. Vehicles in the "Deluxe Class" category require a deposit of €400, while "Super Deluxe Class" vehicles require a deposit of €600. These amounts are used to cover any additional costs, such as extra kilometers.

Getting a luxury car on Turo is easy. Filter the available vehicles in your area to see only the luxury cars available nearby. Please note that you must have held a driver's license for more than 7 years to rent most vehicles in the "Deluxe Class" and "Super Deluxe Class" ranges.

There are two ways to obtain discounts on your rental. You can spot discounts offered by certain hosts for early bookings at least one week before the start of your trip. You can also get a discount for longer trips, starting from 3 consecutive days.

On Turo, vehicle delivery is possible. Many vehicles are available for delivery to train stations or airports, and you can also filter the vehicles offering delivery to a specific address. Delivery includes pick-up and return of the vehicle. Depending on the situation, additional charges may apply.

Turo, the world's largest car-sharing platform, has acquired OuiCar, the French pioneer in car sharing. OuiCar has become Turo France. The service remains fundamentally the same: hosts (called "owners" on OuiCar) offer their cars to guests (called "renters" on OuiCar) across France via the platform, which covers all trips (previously called "rentals"). But Turo France now offers a wider range of vehicles, greater flexibility of coverage, and has adopted Turo's standards of excellence in quality and customer service.

To extend your rental, you must submit your request on Turo. Access your booked trip, select the “Details” tab and then “Modify trip”. You can do this at any time during your trip and up to 6 hours after the originally scheduled end time. More information in the Help Center.

The Premier Protection plan guarantees you no out-of-pocket expenses, while the Standard Protection plan subjects you to a maximum out-of-pocket expense of €250 in the event of damage, and a maximum out-of-pocket expense of €3,000 for the Limited Protection plan.

Guests can easily cancel their reservation via the website or mobile application. Cancellation takes effect immediately. In the case of a standard rental (excluding the no-cancellation option), the guest can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, except if the reservation is made less than 25 hours before the start of the trip, in which case the guest can cancel up to one hour before departure.
