We had a fantastic experience renting this 2019 Mercedes C-Class from Fedir and Alex. The whole process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Pick-up and drop-off at the airport was seamless, which made travelling so much less stressful. The car itself was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. It felt luxurious without being intimidating, and handled beautifully on the road. Everything was exactly as described, and it was clear the car had been well looked after. Fedir and Alex were friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the rental. Their communication was excellent, and they made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again and highly recommend both the car and the hosts to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable vehicle and great service.

Another beautiful ride, although there was a unknown sound coming from the car and I was uncomfortable too drive it because I did not want to be responsible if something worse happened I called up Eddie and told him the issue, he gave me couple options, I could get a full refund of car or he can look if he has another car available. And yes he did have another vehicle, however because the other car that was available was much BIGGER and much NEWER there would be an additional cost, which I totally understood. With that being said I still liked it because the price was reasonable, affordable, hosts was amazing, they made sure I was okay with that offer, and of course another beautiful ride for my family, we still took it. Eddie then told me they are going to complimentary Waive our upgrade fee for the new car because of what happened with the Mercedes. I was so appreciative for what they did for us, 10/10 will rent from them again. They took great care of us and always made sure we were good and comfortable with ride. We will be booking with them every time we go Oahu!

My trip in Melbourne couldn’t be much better. Thanks to @velocarentals, the 2023 Mercedes Benz C200 is awesome in terms of performance and fuel consumption. It runs excellent without any issues. I can see that the car is well maintained. Highly recommended to rent for those who want their trip from A to B with more excitement.

We rented a Mercedes-Benz convertible through Turo and the experience was fantastic. The process was incredibly convenient: no need to visit an office, as the car was waiting for us at the airport parking lot. Picking up and dropping off the car was as easy as if it were our own vehicle. This hassle-free experience was far superior to any traditional car rental service. From the moment we picked it up, it felt premium in every way — super comfortable, smooth to drive, and packed with modern features that made everything easy. The interior is really well done, with a clean, high-end feel and intuitive tech. The infotainment system, driver assist features, and overall layout just make sense, which is exactly what you want when you’re on the road in an unfamiliar place. Where it really stood out was on the Great Ocean Road. The handling was excellent through the winding sections, and it had plenty of power when needed, but still felt relaxed and refined for cruising. It made the whole drive more enjoyable, not just a way to get from A to B. Fuel efficiency was also better than expected for a car in this class, which was a nice bonus over a few days of driving. Overall, it’s a fantastic mix of performance, comfort, and modern tech. Would absolutely hire one again — it genuinely added to the experience of the trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car in Melbourne!

First time using app. Easy process. Very nice car - it's a Mercedes! Past due service message on screen but it runs great, just needs reset. Overall great to drive and was very convenient. My trip became much more exciting once I had the car. It was comfortable and I would absolutely rent this car again if it were available during my next Maui vacay!
