Great experience overall! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was friendly, responsive, and made the whole rental process very easy. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and convenient. Would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend!😍😍😍
10/10 Immaculate and VERY meticulously well maintained car. Drives super smooth and no issues whatsoever. Owner is an absolute LEGEND to deal with. From the moment I secured the booking, till right after the trip ended - Ben provided insights and high valued information. He provided all the details so there was literally nothing I had to ask. Super communication. Most easy pickup and drop off. HIGHLY recommend booking with Ben if you want drama and hassle-free service. Most pleasant experience. Thank you so much Ben for a top experience!!
Victor is a really good guy! He helped me after incident with car rental and gave best offer
Tobias’ car was in great condition, and communication was a breeze. We don’t have fsd where we’re from so it’s a really cool feature to try out here in Sydney. Would gladly rent again the next time I visit, highly recommended!

Jim was great, organized, good communication, easy to deal with and no problems with the car - clean, well maintained. Will use again. Well done Jim!
An awesome must try experience! Mid-engine means very balanced car and very nice handling, smooth V6 power and with the roof open in the sunshine its just an absolute sensation. Ben is the best host by far on this platform also. Cheers again for the experience.
Had a great experience with XDRIVE. The host was friendly, easy to work with, and made everything simple from pickup to drop off. The M340i was an excellent car and a lot of fun to drive. If I’m ever back in Sydney, I’d definitely rent from them again!

I’ve rented many times off of Sixt and Enterprise etc so was quite skeptical of the competitive price off an independent rental car company. It turned out that not only was the Toyota Camry a good deal but also an extremely smooth process from start to finish, other than the slightly longer process of taking photos of the car upon pick up and drop off Alexander and team were far smoother, and communication was much more instant than with a larger commercial company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and plan to do so in the future, thank you so much!

Third time around and loved the Car it was immaculate to drive and Christian is top notch with his customer service definitely a go to if you want some nice cars at a good price in Sydney

Excellent service and an amazing car. Jim was great to deal with, would highly recommend him.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The Tesla was absolutely fantastic, clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. It made our trip even more special and was the perfect car for exploring the area. Andy was an excellent host — very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. The communication was easy and he made the whole process very smooth. The pick-up location was also very convenient, with clear instructions and an easy handover. Everything was exactly as described. I highly recommend renting from Andy. Thank you for making our trip such a great experience! 😊

Good car, good host. Would like to rent again when I visit Sydney next time.
The car was clean and very comfortable to drive and Abhijit was flexible and accommodating re pick up and return times, a friendly and nice guy. The car was very conveniently located for me - I would happily rent it again.

Car was in good condition with no issues. Nice and clean. Host was amazing providing pick up and drop off via Uber. Very responsive to messages and easy to deal with. Highly recommend booking with this host.

Had a small hiccup at the start that the car hadn't been returned by previous user but they were great in swapping cars and still got us in one as soon as possible and we're very helpful and good with communication.

Peter‘s car is outstanding, loved it. Peter was also amazing nothing was a problem. Easy to deal with. I will definitely use Peter‘s car again thanks Peter you rock 10 stars ✅🙏🏻
Joseph the owner was really nice to deal with. Thank you for going out of your way to drop of your beautiful Subaru Impreza. And coming to my place to pick it up. Really reliable car and very good on fuel.⛽️ Car was very clean and smells very nice inside the car. I will recommend you to my family and friends Joseph. And I will only come to you from now on when I need a car Joseph.

When booking a car hire in Lilyfield, consider these tips: Reserve early on Turo for the best selection, choose a vehicle that suits your plans (compact for city driving or SUV for longer trips). Look for extras like GPS navigation or a backup camera for ease of parking in busy Sydney streets. If you're planning coastal drives, opt for a car with air conditioning. Remember to familiarise yourself with local parking regulations and consider a vehicle with good fuel efficiency for longer journeys around New South Wales.
Lilyfield, a charming suburb in Sydney's Inner West, offers several convenient pickup locations for hired cars. Guests might find hosts on Turo offering pickup spots near Lilyfield Light Rail Station or along popular streets like Balmain Road. When choosing a pickup location, guests should consider proximity to public transport and ease of access. Some hosts on Turo may offer delivery to your accommodation, which can be particularly convenient. It's essential to communicate clearly with your host about the exact pickup spot and any specific instructions. Remember to factor in local traffic patterns and parking availability when selecting a location. Lilyfield's central position makes it an ideal starting point for exploring Sydney and beyond with your car hire.

Consider exploring the scenic Hawkesbury region, where winding roads take you through lush countryside and charming rural towns. Another option is the coastal drive along the Grand Pacific Drive, offering stunning ocean views and quaint seaside villages. For those interested in wine country, a trip to the nearby Hunter Valley presents rolling vineyards and cellar doors. Remember to check your hired car's condition before embarking on these journeys, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride through New South Wales' diverse landscapes.
Finding reliable parking in Lilyfield and its surroundings requires some local knowledge. Many residential streets offer free parking, but be mindful of time limits and permit zones. For longer stays, consider using public car parks in nearby suburbs like Leichhardt or Rozelle. These often provide more extended parking options. When visiting popular areas, look for off-street parking facilities which can be more secure. It's advisable to arrive early in busy periods to secure a spot. Always read parking signs carefully to avoid fines, as regulations can vary between different areas of Sydney's inner west.
When exploring Lilyfield and its neighbouring suburbs, a compact or mid-size car is often ideal. These vehicles are well-suited to navigating the area's narrow streets and finding parking in residential areas. If you're planning trips to nearby national parks or beaches, consider a small SUV for added versatility. For those focused on city driving, a hybrid or electric vehicle can be a great choice, aligning with Sydney's eco-friendly initiatives. Whatever car you choose, ensure it's equipped with air conditioning for comfort during Australia's warmer months. Remember, the right car hire can enhance your exploration of Lilyfield and the surrounding Inner West region.
Driving in Sydney's inner west, including Lilyfield, presents some unique challenges. Narrow streets and limited parking can make manoeuvring tricky, especially in older suburbs. Be prepared for unexpected one-way streets and sudden changes in traffic patterns. During peak hours, main arterial roads like Victoria Road can become congested, so plan your trips accordingly. Cyclists are common in this area, so maintain vigilance, particularly on shared roads. Heavy rainfall can sometimes lead to localised flooding on low-lying streets, requiring extra caution. Familiarise yourself with clearways and bus lane operations to avoid fines. Adapting to these conditions will ensure a smoother driving experience in Lilyfield and its neighbouring suburbs.
Navigating peak hour traffic around Lilyfield requires strategy and patience. Consider using alternative routes to avoid major congestion points like the City West Link Road. Timing is crucial - if possible, plan your trips outside of the busiest periods, typically 7-9 AM and 4-6 PM. Utilise real-time traffic apps to stay informed about accidents or unexpected delays. When driving during peak hours, allow extra time for your journey to reduce stress. If feasible, consider using public transport for city commutes and save your hired car for off-peak exploration of Lilyfield and surrounding areas. Remember, staying calm and courteous goes a long way in making your drive through Sydney's inner west more pleasant, even during busy times.
Lilyfield and its surrounding suburbs offer several conveniently located fuel stations. You'll find options along major roads such as Victoria Road and Parramatta Road. The nearby suburbs of Rozelle and Leichhardt also have well-placed stations. It's wise to familiarise yourself with the locations of a few different stations to avoid running low on fuel. Some stations in the area offer additional services like car washes or small convenience stores. Remember that fuel prices can vary between stations, so it might be worth comparing prices if you're looking to save on costs. Keeping your hired car fuelled up ensures you're always ready for spontaneous trips around Sydney's vibrant Inner West.
Preparing for varied weather conditions in Lilyfield is essential for safe driving. During summer, ensure your car hire's air conditioning is working efficiently to combat the heat. In rainy seasons, check that your windscreen wipers are in good condition and your tyres have adequate tread for wet roads. While snow is rare in Sydney, winter can bring foggy mornings, so familiarise yourself with your car's fog lights. Always keep a pair of sunglasses handy for bright days. Before long drives, check the weather forecast and plan accordingly. Remember, sudden weather changes can affect road conditions, so stay alert and adjust your driving to suit the conditions you encounter in and around Lilyfield.
Driving in Lilyfield offers a more relaxed experience compared to Sydney's bustling city centre. Lilyfield's residential nature means slower speed limits and less congestion, but be prepared for narrower streets and more parked cars. Unlike the CBD, Lilyfield has fewer one-way streets and complex intersections. However, you'll encounter more roundabouts and local traffic calming measures. Parking is generally easier in Lilyfield, often free but with time limits, unlike the CBD's expensive parking stations. The city centre requires more vigilance for pedestrians and trams, while in Lilyfield, you'll need to watch for cyclists and children playing. Adapting to these differences will ensure a smoother driving experience whether you're in quiet Lilyfield or the heart of Sydney.
