Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The car was great, exactly as described, clean and well presented, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the service after the hire. I accidentally left my headphones in the car when I returned it and didn’t realise until afterwards. He went out of his way to find them and is sending them back to me, which I really appreciate. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
