Noor was terrific to communicate with, considering I was organizing everything from The States before I got to Australia it was very smooth. The car was in good condition and mechanically sound, no trouble at all. The only hitch was check out. I did not receive an email until after the check out time which stated I was late returning it, when I fact I had returned it over an hour before the scheduled check out time…Maybe there is a way or something I needed to access but didn’t see anything. Apart from this last bit, everything went well, I would highly recommend using TURO based on service, cost and reliability. Noor was an excellent host.
