This was our first time using the Turo app, and it was by far easier than dealing with traditional rental companies! Pick-up and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, no waiting in long lines or filling out endless forms. Karan was super responsive and made the whole process smooth. We even changed the drop-off location without any issues on their end. We picked up the car at Brisbane Airport and drove to the Gold Coast, where we spent two weeks exploring the area. The MG was impressively fuel-efficient. We made the round trip on just one tank of petrol! Overall, Turo gave us the best car rental experience we've ever had. We won’t be going back to the old way of renting cars.

The most convenient experience I have had with Turo. The car was clean, comfortable and well maintained with no problems whatsoever. The owner Andy is very friendly & made the entire car rental process very convenient with dropping it to me & collecting from me. Everything about the car was perfect and the pickup process was also super easy. However, the pickup location was a little unclear maybe specifying that it’s at the rent a car place in the parking lot? Otherwise great experience!

This was a last minute booking as the car we wanted to rent was in a crash and the trip was cancelled because of that. The car was comfortable. The CarPlay was abit wonky and got disconnected multiple times during the trip, even after changing multiple usb, it does not work. Ended up not using the CarPlay and used our mobile phone directly. Shyam was friendly, easy to communicate with. Pick up was very confusing as the car was left at the value carpark and parking was not paid for so had quite a bit of an issue trying to get out of the parking even when speaking to the customer service at the intercom. It took us like 20mins before we managed to get out of the carpark gantry after going back and forth with customer service. The return process was smooth and hassle-free besides the parking fee reimbursement was missed. Overall, probably would rent from Shyam again in the future. Overall,

MG ZS 2024 | Newcastle Car Rental – Highly recommend!!!!! The worst thing that could happen on a holiday did happen to us. We had to extend our car hire twice, both times at the very last minute. To top it off, I even managed to lock the keys in the boot one day (100% user error). Using the Turo app was simple, but what really made the difference was Sujay. His client management, hands‑on customer service, and lightning‑fast response time turned a stressful situation into something completely manageable. He genuinely went above and beyond. The car itself was spotless, comfortable, and really nice to drive. The only hiccup was on the first day when I kept forgetting the indicator and wiper paddles were reversed. Let's just say the windscreen got a lot of unnecessary attention that day. Overall, fantastic service, great car, and a team that truly cares. Would absolutely book again. 10 out of 10.
