He is an incredibly kind and accommodating owner. First, I accidentally mixed up 6 PM and 6 AM, and he graciously agreed to change the reservation without any issue. Then, when I asked if we could move it to 9 PM instead, he kindly agreed to that as well. On top of that, even though our dinner ran late and it was past 9 PM, he came all the way to our restaurant to pick us up. I honestly can’t imagine a more thoughtful and customer-focused owner. He deserves far more than 5 stars—I would give him 100 stars if I could. Everyone should rent a car from him.

Nice car, owner was nice and communicated appropriately. Tesla Supercharger close to the airport by Target and Lowes. If you aren't staying at a hotel that has an adapter you will have to use Tesla Supercharger as the car has no adapter with it. Has plenty of range to go over the island and experience all it has to offer! 15 minute brisk walk to car from the airport. Ride share will drop you off if you have lots of bags to carry. We would rent this car again!

I had just arrived from Japan and couldn't speak a word of English, but this person was incredibly kind—using an app to explain things, making gestures, and speaking slowly for me. Since the Cybertruck isn't sold in Japan, getting to experience it firsthand was a truly rare treat. My first experience with Full Self-Driving (FSD) was also incredibly special—it’s actually smarter than a human driver! To be honest, I didn't come to Hawaii just for the sightseeing; I came specifically because I wanted to drive a Cybertruck. Having achieved that goal, I left feeling completely satisfied with my trip. A huge thank you to Moki Rent-a-Car! I look forward to renting from you again the next time I visit Hawaii.

This was a very nice Tesla! The car was stylish, drove great, and was conveniently parked at the airport, which made pickup very easy. Overall, it was a great rental experience. The car could have been vacuumed a little better and the outside looked like it may not have been freshly washed, but that did not take away from the overall experience. It ran great, looked good, and I would definitely rent from her again.

The best car you can rent for the price in Honolulu. New, clean and has FSD! Host gave detailed instructions as well.

Gary was great to rent from! The Tesla Y was clean, smooth, and super fun to drive. Everything worked perfectly and the car was in great condition. Pickup and drop off were both very easy and convenient, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, really happy with the car and would definitely rent from Gary again!

My wife and I and two kids age 13 16 travel to beautiful princeville Kauai. We stayed at the West in princeville. Before the trip we decided to rent a Tesla because my wife was in the market we hesitated because we weren't sure there were chargers on the island. As it turns out, the charge point charger at the West in princeville was super. It was free. Yes completely free. There were four chargers and there are not many electric vehicles on the island so we never had any issue getting a spot and a free charge. We drove from the north part of the island in hanalei Bay all the way to poipu and back on one charge. I bet we saved about a hundred bucks in gas for the trip. Easy. The model Y is spacious. We had the four of us plus we stopped at foodland and got it 5 lb of poke of course. And all the supplies for 6-day vacation in the car along with our carry-on bags.. there is the trunk and also the frunk. One of the best parts was the immediate communication from Francisco and Martin, I couldn't locate the charging adapter in the vehicle. They responded quickly. All things settle quickly. The car ran great. It's a Tesla so it's bulletproof. No worries about breaking down. When we arrived at the island, we were a bit early and they accommodated us by getting the car to the toril lot quickly. And on return we were of course late to the airport and they completely understood. Yes, I left my hiking shoes in the car and martined graciously FedExed them home. The charge points used to work great. It took about 7 hours to completely charge the car, there are no super fast chargers on Kauai. I don't know if the free charge point was only at the Westin or throughout the island of Kauai. Overall top marks will definitely rent the model y again. Yes Santa's bringing the model y for Christmas for my wife.

Overall, a really good experience and I’d rent again * The Model Y was basically brand new with only ~5k miles and was very clean * Pickup and return instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the trip stress free * Host was responsive and helpful throughout One suggestion: consider offering renters temporary access to the Tesla app. It would make the experience even smoother by: * eliminating the need to keep track of a key card * enabling automatic lock/unlock instead of needing to walk over and use the driver door each time * climate control * easier Supercharging management Thanks again for the smooth rental experience. What a car. I have been a long term Tesla shareholder and this was my first time experiencing FSD. While still v13.2.9 vs 14.3 available in America, it performed very well. Did have to disengage a few times but should be corrected in a future software update. Mind blown 🤯 and it made navigating around town a lot less stressful and tiring. Build quality of the car and comfort is amazing. Thanks for the borrow mate and I hope to be able to rebook again in a few months for my honeymoon trip.
