The car provided was as described and was half the price of other nig rental companies. The process was very smooth for both getting and returning the car.
Fantastic rental experience! This Honda Odyssey was exactly what we needed for our trip. It comfortably accommodated all five of us with plenty of room for passengers and luggage. The unlimited miles were a huge bonus and gave us the flexibility to explore without worrying about mileage restrictions. The van was clean, reliable, and drove great throughout our entire trip. On top of that, the price was very reasonable and offered excellent value. We would absolutely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and dependable ride!
Highly recommended! The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and made the whole rental process super convenient and hassle-free. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything went perfectly. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for the excellent experience!

Highly recommended Turo, Gab has true hospitality and is a great communicator. His van was perfect for our trip and will save you tons of wait time instead of renting at the local car rental companies!

Mahalo Jacob for the great hospitality!!! I would recommend using any of Jacob’s vehicles! The 2026 Toyota Sienna was perfect for our trip. 4 adults and a child fit comfortably. Our reservation included a child booster and a cooler which we utilized for our long drives across the island. We appreciate you Braddah Jacob!

Car was as pictured. Drove fine. It was almost due for a tune up and going up Makakilo drive which is very steep was a little challenging, but she made it. The Airbnb we stayed at had a pretty steep garage turn in and due to a thunderstorm it was challenging and a little scary since it almost didn’t make it up but overall nothing crazy. Only real issue I had was that it was in the international garage and we flew into terminal 2 with 2 little ones and 2 car seats which had I known I honestly would’ve found a different car. It was an extra almost 30 minute walk trying to find the car. I asked if I could please be billed for the difference if they let me park in terminal 2 and did not receive a call back until after my trip time was over. I was really disappointed. I always try to support locals being from O’ahu myself, and the lack of communication was very upsetting. I was super flexible when they changed the vehicle from a 2025 carnival to a 2019 Sedona, even though it’s wild to me that they would be the same price. Overall the space is what you’re choosing with the van and it does have Apple car play which is nice.
Pickup and drop off were very smooth. Great communication. We even asked to modify our reservation and Jeff was very accommodating.

Super responsive service, easy to work with, great price, nice vehicle. We had a question about some interior beeps and the host helped us out right away. The instructions for pick up and drop off are stellar. Definitely recommend!

It was my first time using Turo. I’m very happy to say I had the best experience. The vehicle is reliable, clean and exactly what I needed for my trip. Besides the vehicle, what made the experience better was the service from the host. I had to make some last second changes and the host was more than accommodating. When you are in vacation the last thing you need is stress and the host makes sure of that. So much thanks!

The minivan was great for our family trip. Clean, spacious, and drove smoothly. Pick up and drop off was easy. Definitely would rent again. Thank you!
Host made everything convenient for us as possible and was flexible with drop off and pick up time. Would choose this guest every time we are here! Thank you!

The car was amazing, tons of space, many great features and insane maneuverability - I literally want to buy one now! But that was just one aspect, Maria added thoughtful additions to our trip and was very helpful, courteous, and incredibly generous throughout. Never had a better experience through any rental app. If you’re in Oahu, the ONLY person to rent from is Maria, bar none.
There were some minor bumps in the road as we were mixed up with another reservation. But as soon as our host was contacted and notified of situation, it was resolved we had a great time together wonderful weekend would definitely recommend others to this service. Mahalo Nui Loa

This is the best rental option for a Hawaii trip! Hosts were incredible!

The van met all my needs, big enough for my family, car seats and a stroller. I was able to have it dropped off at an address and return it to the airport. It’s a 2018 van no gps or car play, just a standard radio and USB power plug (can output audio m) and car cigarette outlet plug. It is an older vehicle and has normal expected wear and tear, it does have a roof rack which is great, and the side doors and rear are automatic. I’d say if you’re looking for an island van this is it, it’s def a van cruiser that would likely deter petty vehicle break ins and theft (still hide and put valuables away). Take photos as it has standard wear and tear. Summary: practical, reliable, standard island van for a family with normal wear and tear for its age.

Look for minivans with high ground clearance and responsive handling to tackle varying road conditions. Models equipped with all-wheel drive can provide extra stability on wet or unsealed roads. Consider minivans with efficient fuel consumption for long drives between Cairns and other Queensland destinations. Manoeuvring a large minivan through Cairns' city centre requires some careful planning. Familiarise yourself with the city's layout before driving, and use GPS navigation to avoid wrong turns. When parking, look for larger spaces in public car parks or on the outskirts of the city centre. Take advantage of reverse parking cameras and sensors if your minivan is equipped with them. Practise reversing and three-point turns in less crowded areas before tackling busy streets. Be mindful of height restrictions in covered car parks. Consider parking further away and walking or using public transport for city centre exploration. Always check parking signs carefully to avoid fines, and allow extra time for finding suitable spaces, especially during peak tourist seasons in Cairns.

Utilise packing cubes or compression bags to organise and compact clothing. Store frequently needed items in easily accessible areas of the minivan. Make use of the vehicle's various storage compartments for smaller items. Consider using a roof box or cargo carrier for bulky gear if needed. Pack a separate day bag with essentials for quick stops. Keep a cooler for drinks and perishables within reach. For beach gear, use mesh bags to allow sand to sift out easily. Remember to leave some space for souvenirs you might pick up during your Queensland coastal adventure.

Look for advanced safety systems like automatic emergency braking and lane departure warnings. Ensure the minivan has a high safety rating from reputable organisations.
