Excellent experience! The Nissan Rogue 2024 was clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. The car drove smoothly, had great acceleration, and was very reliable throughout my trip. Communication between us and owner was good. Directions were clear and concise. Car was in good condition and clean. Did not have to wait in a long line at the traditional car rental businesses and was an advantage to choose a model we felt comfortable driving. Returning the car was easy. We had issues uploading the pictures of the car - might have taken too many and that was the problem. Did fine with that on the return. Our biggest issue was getting on the Turo van at the airport. There is no marked “Turo” spot. The van pulled up and did not park in a designated parking spot. People made a mad dash for the van - a free for all. We didn’t make the cut even tho we were one of the first people there, and had to wait for a second van. The second van backed into a parking spot and we were able to make that ride. A good experience for our first use of Turo.
The car did everything we needed it to do. We felt like a local, the car was certainly clean for the price. I would rent again because the price was right and it was great on gas. Like an ant sipping water. Pick up and drop off was easy enough. Took us a few min to find the car then it was very easy to drop off. Mahalo.

Van ran well, hosts were easy to deal with, pick up and return at airport garage was pretty straightforward, good alternative to major car rental companies.
Everything was terrific. Met us at airport as soon as we received our luggage. Car was a Nissan Rogue and was spotless and perfect. We had for 15 days and drop off was right at airport and right at the time we asked. Thank you Gino and family. Everything was smoother than any of the big car rental companies. I had never booked with Turo before. I was really glad I did when another traveler in our group waited over 45 minutes at the car rental agency to pick up their car. it took me a few minutes to take all the pictures and get going, but it was much less than 45 min!!! I loved the Nissan Rogue. It was very comfortable and great on gas. The return was easy as well, taking pictures and putting the key in the lock box. The shuttle to the airport ran every 20-25 minutes, so I didn't have a long wait. Definitely would use them again.

Amazing vehicle, brand new and so smooth. The inside has a clean and sleek look, feels very luxurious and futuristic for a Nissan. Has very modern features and the A/C is quick to get chilly🥶. The new style gear shifter is also very impressive and fun to use lol. All around great car and host. Easy to set up reservation and always comes on time for drop off and pick up! I’d rent again🙏🏽
