I don't know how the quality of the vehicle because I never drove the vehicle and was still charged in full. It was a misunderstanding and this host refused to give me my money back. The host knew I never moved the vehicle. I took pictures of the license plate and the host knew it was not their vehicle. So I can't give a good review. The host didn't respond to my messages about this situation just took the money without coming to some agreement. So zero stars
This review omits key facts and is also false. The guest completed check-in through the app, asked questions about tolls during the trip, and on the final day of her trip, after receiving our drop-off instructions, she confirmed a specific return time. At no point did she indicate she wasn’t using the vehicle. This contradicts her claim. Our track record and reviews speak for themselves.

Easy rental process. There was a slight issue with the main side door not registering as fully closed that made it concerning driving on our last day but otherwise this was a good experience.

Van was clean and easy to drive. Ride was great.
Only issue was the sliding door was dented and appeared to not close all the way. Addressed this with no issues and were still good to go!
Easy pickup and drop off process, very clear directions were sent for pick up making leaving the airport and returning very seamless.
