The sprinter van was perfect for our family of (10). Kirk is a great host and was easy to communicate with. The van handled well and we didn’t have any issues taking it on the “going to the sun road”. This was our first time using this app and will use it in the future for sure.
One negative was the sliding door wouldn’t open automatically like it was supposed to. Kirk did inform me of this prior to our trip and offered a discount for this misfortune. The door had broke right before our trip and he couldn’t get it repaired in time for us. I haven’t received any payment for this discount yet, so I’m hoping he comes through with this like he said he would.
