Awesome host great communication clear directions for pick up and drop off and truly better overall. If you’re going to Alaska with a big group of 5 plus it’s a must and you should rent this!

We rented from Tim for our family trip through Alaska, traveling from Anchorage to Fairbanks, Fairbanks to Whittier, Whittier to Seward, Seward to Homer, and back to Anchorage. The vehicle performed flawlessly the entire trip, was comfortable, reliable, and had plenty of room for our family and luggage.
What really set this rental apart was the exceptional customer service. When we booked the vehicle, we didn’t realize the drop-off location was set for Wasilla instead of the Anchorage airport. Changing the drop-off location through Turo would have cost us an additional $490. Tim and his team were incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to return the vehicle at the Anchorage airport at no extra charge. That level of customer care made a huge difference and took a lot of stress out of the end of our trip.
If you’re visiting Alaska and looking for a reliable vehicle from someone who genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Tim and Tim’s Auto. Great
vehicle, great people, and an overall excellent rental experience. We would gladly rent from them again.
