Get sprinter I had no problem

Van was great. Missing drivers armrest is all.

We Had a lot of small issues and/or inconveniences nothing that would ruin the trip but things that should have been disclosed upfront or addressed pre trip. Overall a good experience tho . The driver right side arm rest was missing, and was not in in the photo's listed . There was a slight leak from the ceiling, again wasn't a major issue. The van had a slight metallic grease smell to it. we found oil quarts and cleaning materials that were stored under the passenger front seat, we took those out and stored them which took care of the smell. I messaged the host day one and they didn't respond back for 2 days. Granted it was a stupid question and I should have known the answer without asking but a two day delay is kinda crazy. Host was very apologetic for missing the message and every other message was responded to promptly. Van drove well. We had a group of 8 and it was more the enough room, very comfortable for everyone.I'm gonna rate it a 4, I think a 3 is too low and there is no 3.5 option. But I felt an explanation was necessary. Would rent again but would message host first to be sure those issue were taken care of

The hiccups-
#1 the low-beam lamp went out on their trip. I told Gabriele that any O'rileys would change the lamp out for them, and bill my account for the lamp. They opted to use the high-beams instead.
#2 Gabriele had to refill the def fluid. DEF is a consumable, just like fuel. If you are on long trip, you will have to refill the DEF fluid. DEF fluid is required for every diesel engine by the government.
A 3 star rating for these two issues is unfair
Although we had a few hiccups, the host made up for it. I would rent from them again.
