The car gets 5 stars. The host gets 1... I was explicit about needing a pickup and drop off at the airport. Questions went unanswered... couldn't cancel.... and then the day of I was given the option for van delivery if I paid outside the app. So I ubered to the van so as not to violate Turo's TOS. My party had to wait at the airport for all this. Uber was an ordeal in itself because Uber suggested the wrong address after I copied it from Turo and I didn't catch it. My whole group lost a lot of time... we were late to a wedding rehearsal... had to change our flights from early am to later afternoon because adding another hour for drop off logistics would have had our whole party having to leave at 4am.... So bottom line... we lost time and money because the host wouldn't communicate and wanted to play outside the rules of Turo.
The car was awesome... super roomy... stable on the road... clean.... ran perfect. Just wished the host would have been more accommodating and professional.
