The pickup of the vehicle was a fiasco. The app wasn’t working for me and the owners message just said it was parked in long term parking. It took us 25 minutes to find it. When we did find it, they forgot to leave a parking stub in the van. So we had to sit for another 15 minutes while the parking attendant figured it out. And then we were left with a $12 parking fee.
The vehicle wasn’t as clean and nice as the listing makes it look. In hindsight, this vehicle and experience were not worth the price tag.
