We had several issues at pickup. The vehicle registration was not on the vehicle like it is legally required. I drove this vehicle for several hours before I realized the tag was expired. I had to return to the pick up location to retrieve the tag and I did that on my own accord. I could have been stopped by law enforcement officials because a proper inspection was not completed. I also received a key that was lacking in operational ability, we returned to the pickup location again for this reason and we were told that they would fix it. They did not fix it, instead we were instructed to “not close the metal portion on the key”. Then let’s talk tire sensors; I noticed a low tire indicator on the vehicle while I was at the pickup location I asked Sam to check the sensor and notified him that the tire pressure may be low. He put air in all of the tires in a very rushed, expeditious fashion. He then instructed me to that the tire sensor batteries were low. I left the location in an effort to drive on the tires since he had added air to the tires to see if the tire sensor would reset. I drove a couple of miles and then returned to the pickup location AGAIN to try and resolve the issue. Now the vehicle maintenance person is involved. He finds that the tire pressure readings on the dash board are saying “0 PSI” for all four tires. Then he used some piece of equipment to test/determine that all four battery sensors were dead. During the interactions with Sam regarding the tire pressure readings and the not fully operational vehicle key he did become verbally aggressive with me. It was weird because it seemed like he was upset with me over the VAILD concerns I raised. He did later give a kinda half ass apology but he did try. In closing, a very interesting experience.
