pick up procedure was simple. vehicle was as described. engine was powerful, AC worked well, the van actually gets better gas mileage than one would think.
this is an a slightly older model vehicle, so it's pretty basic. for example, no USB ports, bluetooth, Android auto, that kind of thing. if you want to use those devices you'll need a Bluetooth transmitter that can plug into one of three 12 volt ports.
there were only three issues that kept this from being an excellent trip. one was that the tires were worn enough that I would have felt more comfortable with newer ones, the windshield wipers are time to be replaced, we get some rain and they weren't quite up to the task, and finally, though the vehicle was quite clean, I am pretty sure they're trying to mitigate some marijuana smoke from a previous renter. that smell was persistent.
