Our Turo experience went very well. Transit van drove easy, pickup was in the dark because our plane was late coming in, but car was easy to find, and drop off went well too. Communication with Andrew was very easy and he was readily available when questions arose.

The car quality was good. The backup camera wasn’t working. Van does have previous dents and damage on it. Also, it had a funky smell inside. Oil light would flicker from time to time. Gas mileage was great. Very spacious inside. Easy to drive.
