We rented Steven's Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for a special birthday weekend with friends and Steven was a fantastic host!
From the moment we booked, he was friendly, professional and proactive with communication. Pickup was smooth and easy, thanks to his clear, detailed instructions and excellent coordination. The in-person airport pickup at the curb was a great touch and made it easier for us to catch our departing flights. He also provided helpful information about the van's features and made himself readily available if we needed assistance.
I especially appreciated his flexibility with our schedule, responsiveness and attention to detail throughout the rental. Steven genuinely cares about providing a great experience for his guests.
Thank you, Steven, for helping make a memorable birthday weekend even better! I would happily rent from you again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful and accommodating host!
