This was a great van to travel with friends. Very comfortable, easy to drive and park. Very road worthy. Aaron was great to work with. He made pickup communication during the trip and drop off easy. Aaron even agreed to extend the drop off time which was super helpful. Will definitely rent again.

Super easy pickup - van worked great

Car had what appeared to be a coolant leak and broke down. Got stranded for 2.5 hours on the side of road.

Samuel, I’m really sorry the van broke down and left you waiting on the side of the road. I know that must have been a frustrating experience. I’m glad roadside assistance was able to help. I’ve since had the coolant issue repaired, and the van is back in service.
Aaron was great. Car was exactly as expected
