Love the car.

We loved our experience with TripVana Ventures. From the drop off to communication to the end of the trip pick up, the team at TripVana was responsive. We rented the van for a girls trip to San Antonio and the vehicle was well maintained and clean.
We will definitely rent with them again for any large vehicle needs!

The pictures of the car was exactly what I got. It was very comfortable for my big family. The door takes a great amount of force to close but it closes and all was well otherwise.

The sliding door is a bit heavy, so shutting it does require some force. I would recommend to follow through all the way to ensure the door is properly closed.

The van was clean and in good condition. However, one issue that affected my trip was that the passenger seat could not be adjusted.

Just to clarify for future guests, the front driver and passenger seats are fully adjustable, while the rear passenger seats (behind the front row) are fixed, which is standard for this type of vehicle.
I also want to note that we did go over this during your booking when you asked about the seating. I always try to be as transparent as possible so guests know exactly what to expect.
