This van was roomy enough to fit my large family it also had new upgraded amenities. Host was very kind and communicative.

This trip resulted in over $7,000 in damage to my 2021 Ford Transit, impacting the driver-side rear wheel area after hitting a large piece of metal debris in the road. The object appeared unexpectedly, and its origin is unknown. While likely unavoidable, the impact was significant. I’m currently working through repairs and assessing the full extent of the damage.

All aspects of the rental were excellent. I travelled with no issues therefore no need to contact him. The vehicle was clean and ran very good. If I make that trip again I hope he has a vehicle available for us. Thank you so much.

I'm struggling to articulate exactly how this went as the vehicle needed to be returned before the trip even began. But I can't say enough about the host and their understanding, care and patience with me on a hectic return. The human element of this host is really impressive to me even though the vehicle didn't work out.
