Instructions for pick-up were clear and smooth. The host remained professional and kind during incident that arised (on my end). I would recommend this rental in the future.
The trip went smoothly until I was notified of vehicle damage upon its return. Following Turo's claims process, I obtained a repair estimate totaling approximately $4,900. While the guest was required to contribute only $500 toward the damages and paid that amount, I was left responsible for the remaining repair costs. This outcome was disappointing given the extent of the damage incurred during the trip.
