Great communication and excellent service from the host! There was an issue initially with our vehicle, but the host reached out to us prior to our arrival to let us know. He quickly remedied the situation, and the entire experience remained smooth, easy, and stress-free. The host was responsive, helpful, and made everything so convenient. Loved the Sprinter for our family trip to Georgia. Kids had a ton of space, wife could move around to help infant, I enjoyed driving it to on the highway. Host were great at communication and vehicle arrived clean, with a fresh oil change, and properly inflated tires. Makes me want to get my own Sprinter, that’s how much myself and my family liked it. Will definitely rent from host again, some of the best people I have encountered in Turo.
