Van was clean and spacious…accommodated me and my seven family members perfectly. Van was good on gas as well.

The van was clean, spacious, and perfect in size for our group of 8. The host was also very responsive and helpful when issues came up. Unfortunately, we experienced severe shaking that caused passengers to become sick and required a tire replacement, followed by a flat tire two days later that left us stranded and significantly delayed our return. The repeated tire issues created major disruptions and safety concerns. Turo customer service was also disappointing, particularly with the follow-up after the trip. Overall, the van itself was nice, but the mechanical issues significantly impacted our experience.
