Very smooth pick up and drop off, no problems, very spacious van and great AC 😁.

The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and drove very smoothly. The pickup and return process was easy and convenient. The car was reliable throughout my trip and had plenty of space for passengers and luggage. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent this vehicle again. Highly recommended!

The host was awesome

Took a one day trip and the drive was pretty good some of the outlets didn’t work, the lights wasn’t visible to show if you were in drive or reverse or parking

Great Owner, Poor Vehicle Experience

I recently rented a transit van and, while the owner was very nice and responsive, the overall driving experience was disappointing. I was grateful the van was available on short notice, which allowed my trip to work out, but unfortunately the vehicle itself had multiple issues that affected our comfort and safety.

The van did not have Apple CarPlay and the USB/AUX ports were not functional, which was inconvenient since all nine passengers were iPhone users. Both front cigarette lighter outlets were also inoperable, making navigation and phone charging difficult during a long drive from Georgia to Florida.

In addition, the glove compartment contained information from previous renters (I assume) and the vehicle documentation was expired (2024). While on the road, the check engine light came on after only three hours of driving, and there was a loud, uncomfortable noise coming from the back of the van whenever accelerating both at stoplights and on the highway.

Overall, although the owner provided good communication, the condition of the vehicle caused significant inconvenience and concern. Because of this experience, I would not choose
to rent this vehicle again.
