This Transit van gave our family outstanding space and comfort. Everyone had room to stretch out and enjoy the ride, and the van stayed completely reliable for the entire trip. The owner was kind, respectful, and available for all communication needs, which made the experience even better. The van made our road trip smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable, and I would recommend it with complete confidence.

The van is unsafe. I paid to pick the van up at 8 AM. I didn't leave until 1130. It needed to have a belt on it. It was making loud noise. It shakes real bad. Everything inside is torn up. You get on 60 and better it shake shake shake shake shake you get on the break. It sound like that. It needs rotors and wheel bearing and it's just not a safe. It's not a safe man wasn't a good trip at all, and I would never rent from her again.

During the trip until you received a smoking violation . You drove almost 1000 miles and made it back without any issues . No prior guest had any issues or complaints you stated .
