Pick up was super easy! Walked right out of the terminal to the vehicle. We had a large group and the van accommodated all of us and all our luggage. It was the fun bus!

Van ran great. No issues with steering or brakes or suspension. Tires need to be replaced; the front tires have virtually not tread. Armrests inside were damaged, which was frustrating for my passengers. USB’s were missing or nonworking inside. If the tires were replaced I would rent this van again in a heartbeat.

This van was great for my family vacation. It comfortably sat 9 people with all of our luggage. Host was great at communication and accommodations. We needed to drop off an hour later than we planned and he was nothing but understanding and willing to help navigate the app to extend our trip. Would rent again if we find ourselves in Idaho Falls!
