My experience was HORRIBLE! 5 minute prior to pick up the pickup location was changed! The host called and gave me an address over the phone that was 20 minutes away from the original pickup location and then text me a totally different address that was another 20 minutes from that. The individual who rented the van before me dropped it off almost an hour late and it was trash all over the floor! The host neglected to do anything about it or to provide any type of compensation!
I gave you a ride back to your drop off destination, and you come with this.... i told you the addres was 5 minutes away i gave you the address and you went to a different location, this is why you went 20 minutes away.
