The whole process went quite well and the vehicle is not new, but was very clean and functional.

You can’t see until after you’ve booked that the van isn’t actually parked or brought to the airport. You have to find your own transportation to the location 7-10 mins from the airport and then get reimbursed for transportation costs by host at the end of the trip. Otherwise, van is how it appears and gets the job done.

The overall experience went very well! Hung was a very helpful and cordial host.
We did have an issue with updating our pickup time due to the Turo app. And we would suggest a repair of the 1st row passenger seat, as it felt broken on the right side. Also, the rear of the van needs shocks, making the ride much smoother for passengers.

The van worked fine in terms of driving. The cover over the third row seat belt cap had come loose. Also seats show the age of the van. Drop off and pickup were smooth. Hung was responsive.
