Chen made pick up and drop off a breeze. Van was clean and as advertised. Will rent again.

Overall fine experience. Had an engine issue with our vehicle after the first day, but were able to get a new vehicle. Took a little time to get our vehicle swapped. The second vehicle had a break pad warning, but otherwise was also fine.
