Smooth pickup, van in great shape and comfortable to drive.

The vehicle was not handed over to us in a clean state.
But more than this, Turo has the worst customer support. They cancelled our first ride 3 minutes before we were supposed to pick up the car, and did not help with booking a similar vehicle or covering the cost difference for another one. Because of this, I was 1 hour and 10 minutes late to my wedding. To make matters worse, when you return the car late they charge you a fee, yet they take no responsibility when they are the ones who deliver the car to you late! I hope this is the last time I use Turo

I rented a vehicle for a kids’ birthday to take the children to the celebration. Everything was great — everyone fit comfortably, it was very safe and clean. I highly recommend them if you need a large vehicle.
No smoking allowed
