Alquile la van porque iba para las vegas con un grupo de 10 personas, lo primero que pregunté era si había problema por el millaje y si el aire acondicionado servía, lo cual me respondió que si, pero llegando a las vegas con una temperatura de 105 grados f• el aire no volvió a enfriar. Y de ahí fue una tortura para todos usar el carro. El anfitrión si está pendiente y es amable pero no tenía solución para el problema del aire.

Smooth pickup, van in great shape and comfortable to drive.

The vehicle was not handed over to us in a clean state.

But more than this, Turo has the worst customer support. They cancelled our first ride 3 minutes before we were supposed to pick up the car, and did not help with booking a similar vehicle or covering the cost difference for another one. Because of this, I was 1 hour and 10 minutes late to my wedding. To make matters worse, when you return the car late they charge you a fee, yet they take no responsibility when they are the ones who deliver the car to you late! I hope this is the last time I use Turo
