Excellent vehicle and excellent host. The SUV ran perfectly throughout the trip. Communication was quick and clear, and both pickup and drop-off were very easy. Highly recommended!

Many small items that added up to be a poor rental vehicle.
Owner changed pick up location, but did not up date on booking site.
Vehicle was dirty inside and outside at pick up.
Vehicle vibrates at highway speeds, sent videos to owner, but no comment from owner.
Sliding door does not open properly, difficult to use.
Sensor for Sliding door keeps beeping during Vehicle operation.
Seat covers are worn and I'll fitting.
Seat covers hid damaged and dirty seats.
2 air vents came lose during rental.

1. car returned super late. supposed to be 11am but didn't return until 4pm.
2. sliding door sensor beeping cuz you didn't fully close it. No any previous customers had this issue.
3. van was completely washed and vacuumed before trip but returned with sand, footprint everywhere. Seat covers were removed and damaged.
4. Even your own pics showed AC vents were good at check in. Two vents broken and fell off at return.
5. pickup location change due to construction at parking lot. you said ok.
