The van’s cleanliness was disappointing at pickup, the exterior was very dirty, and the interior needed vacuuming. We were also told eating was prohibited, despite the listing allowing it as long as the van was returned reasonably clean. A clean vehicle and clear, consistent expectations are reasonable things to expect from a rental.

Great van for longer trips

Good experience overall but the vehicle needs maintenance. It shakes at highway speed and there could be a bearing issue. Also the sliding door does not open and close well and the handle is in need of attention.
Zachary •
Reliable car. No trouble. Would recommend.
Gabriela •
Excellent vehicle and excellent host. The SUV ran perfectly throughout the trip. Communication was quick and clear, and both pickup and drop-off were very easy. Highly recommended!
