Amazing vehicle amazing hosts would 10/10 recommend will be renting again

Van was filthy at pick-up. We ended up knocking off two and a half days of the trip and rightfully were not provided a refund for for that. However, we were still charged $100 for a 1/3 of tank of diesel - which sure, we did use, but again - we cut the trip short by 2.5 days, which should have been considered in the scheme of things, especially considering the outside of the van was clearly not washed prior to us picking it up.

Unfortunately as rare as it is heavy rains hit San Diego and left the exterior dirty. Car was not returned 2.5 days early as you’re able to change return date at anytime if needed and be refunded via turo.

It was ok, they put the vehicle in a parking lot and stuck me with the fee to get it out $25

Nicholas requested a delivery to a hotel, the sprinter was delivered and placed into the only parking lot available which is the self parking, typically when we do this the customer uses his guest keys to enter and exit the self parking, not too sure what other options we had to leave the vehicle as we were not given any directions of where else to leave it?
