Good place to rent vehicle, I didn’t even get charge even when I return the vehicle the next morning

Stay away from this host. False advertising and poor customer service. We are a group of 10 travelers and booked a 10-seat van but got 9 seats instead. When we reported this to the host, he wasn’t helpful at all and just said “it will have to stay a 9 seater.” We had to return the car right back in the middle of the night and our road trip is scheduled for early morning.
