Car was fine. Def not in perfect condition but does the trick. Inside and outside are not great but for what we needed it was fine. Car was not ready at pick up and took about half an hour to get the car. People working at the lot are very nice and helpful.

The van broke down on our trip and we had to find alternate transportation home for me and 7 kids. The host was helpful and so was TURO, but after taking it to the mechanic, the mechanic said the vehicle had not been well maintained (really dirty filters, low oil, etc). Maybe ask for proof of recent tune ups etc before renting?
I’m truly sorry about the issues you ran into.
We take these matters very serious and have thoroughly inspected and done the full maintenance on the vehicle to ensure that this does not happen to the next guest.
