The car quality was really great and having this size of a people mover was so strategic for this family wedding vacation. Getting everyone around together made it all worth the while. Jon & Dana are great hosts and were very understanding when i lost my ability to communicate with them when I damaged my Iphone. I would use them again and would recommend them & Turo to anyone. Really glad I found you all!

Everthing went great other than it only had 9 seats. Looks like they removed 2 seats. Had old registration from 2021 mixed in w/ current. Need to keep it tidy. San Diego doesnt offer pickup at airport, so had to uber to some random place to pickup/ drop off. They offer other drivers but I had to be there to drop off

The seat count is 100% accurate. It is clearly stated in the Turo description that the vehicle has nine (9) seats. You should read the description better. Turo used to only allow 9 seats so that is why it has 9. READ the description.
Sorry about the inconvenience but that had nothing to do with my rental. that has to do with the San Diego Airport and Turo.
It also would have been nice if you didn't leave the vehicle full of sand.

The car had minor cosmetic issues but it felt and was super clean and worked perfect! Jon and Dana were perfect hosts and they are so nice. They constantly checked in on me during this trip which was nice. Id recommend this vehicle if you have a big family or even if you just want the extra space. The car was also super easy to drive! Thank you so much Jon and Dana.

Thank you for the kind words. Even though it is a big van that holds a lot of people and luggage, it does drive like a much smaller vehicle.
Great overall experience renting this van. Communication with the owner was excellent — clear pickup and drop-off instructions. The van was clean and perfect for our group of 9, with plenty of room for luggage.
It’s an older model, but it ran well for city and highway driving. No USB charging ports or screen navigation due to the age, so we used our phones instead. Not a dealbreaker for us.
Would rent again. Thanks!
