The owners are helpful. Great service. I have to cancel and they accept it without any questions, then I had to rebook again and they accepted again without any issues.

Terrible experience. The tire exploded and there's no spare tire. We were advised to wait, passing me to and fro between the host and Turo representatives. I had excellent experience with Turo for years, but this one was not good.
