Overall, we had a good trip. The van was ideal for camping with kids. It also did surprisingly well on gas. We used half a tank on a 4-day rental. They also provided a YouTube video that gave a great breakdown of how the van works.

As someone who had never traveled to SFO before, we were a little overwhelmed by the pick-up process. It would be helpful if there were a pdf with instructions and maps to help guide new users.

We had a little hiccup with the car seat add-on. We needed a car seat with a five-point harness and were initially given a booster seat. The driver who dropped off our vehicle immediately went to swap the seats for us, but we ended up waiting in the Park-n-Fly lot for about 20 minutes with our luggage and kids.

All in all, we would book this vehicle again now that we are more familiar with the process.

Perfect van for our simple and comfortable trip up the coast to the redwoods. The van was clean and well maintained. It has everything you need, a bed big enough for two, and a sink with a pump water fountain. The blankets and sheets were set up and clean for us. There are a few storage compartments we used for storing our bags, and a pull out fridge that we were able to store some eggs, milk and meats and snacks in. We brought our own camping stove for cooking.
Pick up and drop off was super easy and instructions were clear. The host’s communication was timely and responsive. Would definitely rent again if we ever decided to do another road trip!
