It was a very pleasant experience thanks to the type of van very spacious for a large family group. Communication was very quick, and they were very friendly.

The host presented a van that did not match the description (no GPS, no Camera, no storage) or license plate. The host said that the van had plenty of storage (even provided a photo), and delivered a van with no storage. When asked for a solution (such as removing the last row of seats) he said he could not do it because it was against Turo's policy which is also a lie (I called Turo customer service to confirm).
