Sorry you feel that way, sir. However, if I were to provide screenshots of our conversations or videos of our interactions they would show otherwise. I never once gave attitude or ignored any of your concerns In fact I did ask if you could bring the van back so I could have the issue addressed but you chose to keep the van and there were no other issues reported during the trip. I Feel that the rating you left is very unfair and does not accurately reflect the condition or service of the vehicle
