Pickup and drop off were very easy and understandable. Great communication. The vehicle did what it was supposed to do for us but was in very very used condition. The sliding door was extremely difficult to open, so that definitely needs some servicing. The carseats that were rented were also very dirty and could not be properly installed in the van because of the design of the van seats. Would not rent this van if you plan on using any child seats. Overall the vehicle was fine, but definitely has a lot of signs of major wear and tear

Several issues with this vehicle and informed the owner of them. Unwilling to help, compromise or provide solutions that were at all reasonable. We picked up the car at the airport. It was dirty. We rented a large vehicle to have space for our three children, multiple luggage, and our service dog, the vehicle was a passenger van and had actually even more seats than what the photo suggested would be there. So for our two week trip we had absolutely no room, despite asking them weeks before to remove some seats to provide more room for our family and for our service animal.. Both Turo and the owner of the vehicle would not provide solutions that were anything reasonable for my family. Tried multiple times to reach out and it finally took forever to get an answer, very disappointed with the trip and will not be using Turo again.

Disappointing experience. When we picked up the vehicle there were extra seats in back leaving little room for luggage for nine people. Tried to contact host to get help removing the seat but no response. Dirty windows, windshield washers didn’t work, seats are broken and tires were bald. Hated to put my entire family in this vehicle for safety reasons.
