Nice van the whole process was fairly easy.. The one thing is if the van is parked in the economy lot make sure you get on the shuttle for that color lot. The instructions say you can take either shuttle red or blue. But if you take the wrong color you may have to walk for a bit to get to the vehicle..

The van is dirty and smells so it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time since I was using it for a business trip.
Disappointed with this experience. After our original van was stolen, we worked quickly to provide a last minute replacement so the trip would not be canceled. Due to the urgency, it did not have normal prep and was not in perfect condition. Despite the effort to accommodate in an unusual situation, there were repeated complaints that did not align with the circumstances. Overall, a challenging experience with this guests attitude when we did our best to accommodate. Pretty ungrateful.
