Everything was great until it was time to leave the parking garage. We were given no instructions on how to exit, which resulted in us being stuck at the gate for over an hour working with parking attendants trying to figure it out. Unfortunately, I was told the van had been parked there for 4–5 days prior, and I ended up having to pay $100 just to get out of the garage.
I was unable to reach the host during this time, which made the situation even more frustrating. The van itself was very nice, clean, and worked perfectly for what we needed. My only complaint is that communication regarding the parking garage and exit process could have been much better. Had we been given clear instructions beforehand, this could have been avoided.
