The owner of this vehicle posted the pick up site in Kirkwood. However, the day of pickup, it was changed to North Hampton without prior notification. Due to that, I was 15 minutes late for pickup. They sent a message stating they were waiting for 10 minutes and had to leave. They the claimed that I was a no show after 30 minutes and refused to refund my money. Absolutely unacceptable.
This is totally inaccurate. I have no business, relatives or friends in Kirkwood. There is no reason for me to have that as an address. The renter was a no show, and he didn’t call. So he is creating a narrative because he didn’t want to pay the fee for being a no show. I don’t take it for granted to be able to service my community. If you look at my reviews, there has never been an issue until this customer. I look to doing business will all responsible and hard working customers. Thank you.
